	Afternoon all. Been out for much of the day so far. Coffee with mates then a trip out and lunch with OH. Got a new dress and I was spitting blood cos the shop had a dress in the sale that I’d paid full price for when I’d bought it a short while ago. Pity I’ve worn it or ….. Cracking weather here so just sitting relaxing now. Everyone

	I had a telephone appt with my Dr about my blood tests which was suppose to be between 11 and 12 she phoned at 12:30.....so that was an hour and a half of my day that I won't get back

	Same here Belle Went to town this morning and the shop I wanted to go in did not open until 10 So I went further down the road and had a look in Haribo big mistake
