	Morning all Lovely day again here though not as hot as yesterday. Feeling much better today and my son has a day off so we are going for a run in the car - might get lunch out or coffee and cake somewhere. Think the Yorkshire Dales or North York Moors. Enjoy the day everyone. Kath. x

	Morning Belle and Von ....ooh and Kath too Very warm here, but not so fierce as yesterday. I washed gloves and my scarf earlier, as I figured I could manage without them until next winter Good to know you feel better, Kath. A lovely trip out to the country sounds a great idea. 	Thanks Gwyn I won't get out of the car much but just being out of the house feels like a treat. You have the same idea as me. I washed a few of my jumpers so they can be put away. Kath. x

	Good evening everyone Had a lovely afternoon in the Yorkshire Dales. Ended up at Jervaulx Abbey which has a lovely family run cafe. We had sandwiches, quiche and coffee and cake. A very slow wander round the ruins and a bit later on in the afternoon we stopped again for an icecream and sorbet. The weather was glorious Hope everyone's day has been just as good. Kath. x
