Cloudy here but getting warmer by the minute - I think it will be a hot one. Going to go to the coast for a half lot lunch (small fish and chips). Either Seaton Carew or Old Hartlepool.

Very sunny, but not too hot, when I was out earlier. Warming up quickly now.

Too hot for school sports day though :-0

They'll need those gazebos!

Seaton Carew was packed this afternoon. There were lots of school trips there all having fish and chips or icecream.

Even a half lot was too much for me :-0

I don't go on the beach Ann, it takes me all my time to walk on the prom. (sand doesn't agree with me) :-D

Kath, It's lovely to head for the coast, when the temperatures are high.
A pity it was so crowded though.
I know what you mean about portion size. I try to get a child's size if possible and there are still too many chips :-|

In previous years, our local school has done a 'whole school' trip to the beach and it's been great fun, but this year the cost of transport was too expensive. :-(
