They pick up their doggies doo doo in a plastic bag and then tie up the bag and leave it, or the worst thing I have seen on my walks, hang it from a tree branch. Today whilst walking in my favorite beauty spot I saw a used babies nappy discarded under a bush. WHY?? Joy

cos they too lazy to put it in a bin? I pick up my sis in laws dogs in a bag then dispose of it in a bin, or if I can't find a bin I wait till I get home and put it in my weelie bin. My pet hate that pardon the pun, dog crap lying around, and I would have no compulsion in telling someone I saw leaving it, my area where i live people are quite good at not leaving it lying around. catherine xx

Yes but they have taken the time to bag it up, but then don't follow through and take it home or bin it. When it is in a bag in the countryside it is going to take forever to decompose, if they are going to leave it don't bag it. Joy
