Yes but they have taken the time to bag it up, but then don't follow through and take it home or bin it. When it is in a bag in the countryside it is going to take forever to decompose, if they are going to leave it don't bag it. Joy |

cos they too lazy to put it in a bin? I pick up my sis in laws dogs in a bag then dispose of it in a bin, or if I can't find a bin I wait till I get home and put it in my weelie bin. My pet hate that pardon the pun, dog crap lying around, and I would have no compulsion in telling someone I saw leaving it, my area where i live people are quite good at not leaving it lying around. catherine xx |

They pick up their doggies doo doo in a plastic bag and then tie up the bag and leave it, or the worst thing I have seen on my walks, hang it from a tree branch. Today whilst walking in my favorite beauty spot I saw a used babies nappy discarded under a bush. WHY?? Joy |
