That's sad but you will have some wonderful memories. Lost my dad in 1990 when I was 43 and my son was only 7, they were so close too.

We went back today and were lucky enough to catch the bluebells before their time was over. Another golden afternoon with my Dad - photos on nextgen, but be warned they are very boring unless bluebells fascinate you. We are very lucky to live near such a beautiful place and even luckier to be able to share it with my lovely Dad. Gwynne

glad you had a wonderful afternoon Gwynne, we are so lucky to have this little gem on our door steps, Maybe another week and they will be gone, the pics are beautiful, and i sopose because i know the place well, they are even more interesting. Pleased your dad has such a lovely view from his window, glorious isnt it, and it will be, in all seasons. xxLynnxx
