Weird??? See below in mo.......

Hubby and I fought terribly over the duvet, until we saw a wonderful idea on TV. It was one of these home swap programes, the family when to a Scandinavian country ( I think) And there the couple had seperate duvets. So we adopted the same idea, now we both toasty and no more fights. However, talking about it today, another friend expressed the fact she thought we was weird to have seperate duvets. None of our friends have ever seem to heard of it. so are we weird or just the exception????

Befor hubby went I ended up with duvet Shelli as he always got so hot!very good idea though! Caz xxxxxxx

know what u mean when u say fighting over duvet,but i just opted for a king size one after.having seperate ones makes more sense when hubby keeps trying to pinch it

Hi Shelli No, not at all - me and hubby have had separate duvets on our bed for donkeys years. Far more comfortable. Mary

methinks, that if WE had seperate duvets, mine would always end up, on the floor..............er indoors seems to anchor her side...... Bob

It's really good (now that I've reached that certain age!!) I have the thin summer duvet and he's got the thick winter one on him, so we're both happy LOL. Mary

David I honestly though it would be Maz that made that comment!!!!!!! Mary snap.. though i haven't quite reached that age yet!!!! Bob he was stronger than me I ended up with nothing :-(

Hi Shelli, Can't comment on your other half as I've never met him but you are definately weird ! LOL Seriously though, I think it is a brilliant idea. I was always freezing cold and he was always boiling hot and when he did get cold he'd pinch all of the quilt and I was colder than ever. I've got to say separate duvets on separate beds is an even better idea!!!! Love Viv xxx

Viv it's her tongue actually!!!!! did try and get seperate beds but he totally refused... he stated it was his right.... told him i was past all that rubbish LOL
