I had an update from Microsoft for windows which I ran about an hour ago now I have lost all my icons like favourites / tools etc from the top I seem to have a new band accross the top can anyone help me please Norah |

If it was changing windows explorer to 7, you can uninstall it and go back to the previous version. |

Also on mine last one to the right says tools, if you click that, a box will open, then go to tool bars, think you can customise all the link bits there.... I did this to add my read mail bit carol |

Try holding curser over blank space, of toolbar, near stars, right click, box should open, go to customise commandbars, then tick show all text bars, see if that brings your tools back, carol |

Carol I don't have a space for it at the top just now I have a blue line with Family Tree . Genealogy .......... Then a line with the 2 arrows and the http ..................name then this page I can't even get back to my home page without coming out oh!!! |
