I am in rented accom at the mo - I have to move out in April and the cleaners come then - so I'm not going to bother - they get paid for doing it!

Oh dear, this isn't going to seem very manly! (But I'll fight anyone who says it isn't!). I was up at 7:30 today to help DW with the housework, I do upstairs - bedrooms bathroom etc, and down the stairs. Then I cooked dinner, cauliflower cheese, new pots, carrots and b beans. Then DW went out to see her friend in Watford and I made the kitchen filthy again stripping the varnish off an old valve radio I'm restoring - in the sink! Did clean it up though.

I'm one of those odd people who love housework! I clean up with baby wipes, cotton buds and lots of bleach. When I've finished cleaning I regularly go round with tins of emulsion covering up dirty teenagers/dog marks. Last job before I go to bed is to hoover {again!} Then go up stairs duster in hand...... Love it!

Housework!! I promised myself that I would vacuum today and clean the kitchen floor as it is disgusting (bring in Kim and Aggie!) Instead, after going to work, the dentist , visiting my parents and cooking the dinner and taking the dog for a walk I am exhausted. How anyone fits it all in I don't know. I think I am feeling my age. LOve Chris
