Baz, I can empathise with you totally, my much wanted daughter, Zoe, was born in 1974 when I was only 30 weeks gone, and she lived for barely 3 days. Altho I have a little grave to visit, I yearn for her often and wish she was here as a big sister to my son, now 24. Much as I love my son, I so envy mums with daughters. Liz

I carried 4 children to full term,but I miscarried 5,even though they were not full term they were still my babies.

My first husband died age 37 after six months in a coma following a car accident. In laws were in their late fifties, not much older than I am now. They were devastated and seem to age over ten years after his death. They never got over it. It is not the correct order of things. Love and hugs to anyone who has lost a child, losing a parent is bad enough. My thoughts are with you all. Libby x
