	That's rotten, hope Puss will soon be up and about again ready to enjoy her new home. Had the same thing happen to me when I moved, the van was supposed to come at midday and pack, they finally turned up at 5.30 pm. Luckily I wasn't moving far, and had done so many car trips while waiting that the car knew the way on its own. Did manage to move a huge amount of bags and soft stuff tho. Liz
