My thoughts are with you. I lost my Dad in July after a 6 mth battle we knew he couldn't win, this Saturday is his memorial in England (he lived in France). I do so send my heartfelt sympathies. But at least he is now free as my Dad is also...............and yes I am still crying for him but it does get easier. Remember the good times.......was there anything but |

My thoughts are with you - I lost my beloved Dad to Alzheimers in 2002 and he was really gone to us five years before that. It is only now I can bear to think about the silly things that he did and said without crying. Just know that your Dad is now well, loves you and will be watching over you and your family. Sue x |

Susan, I'm so very sorry to hear your sad news. Like your Dad, my Mum's passing was also peaceful and painless and that's given me great comfort, so I hope you are comforted too. Love and prayers, Mandy x |

Susan, what a sad time for you ~ my sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your Dad. Take comfort in the memories of your Dad as he was before those cruel illnesses took him from you and and also in the fact he is now free from pain and confusion, and reunited with those he loved, gone before. Remember .......I Love You Just a line to say I’m living, I’m not among the dead. Though I’m getting more forgetful And mixed up in the head. I’ve got used to my arthritis, To my dentures I’m resigned, I can manage my bifocals but Oh God I miss my mind. Sometimes I can’t remember When I’m standing by the stairs, If I should go up for something Or I’ve just come down from there. And before the fridge so often, My mind is filled with doubt, Now did I put the food away Or come to take it out. If it’s not my turn to write dear, I hope you won’t get sore. I may think that I have written And don’t want to be a bore. So remember, I do love you And wish that you lived near, And now it’s time to mail this And say goodbye my dear. At last I stand beside the mail box And my face it’s kind of red. Instead of mailing this to you I’ve opened it instead! |
