Caz, Graemes 'Bluey' arrived today, he had even managed to print a photo on it. I expected a hand written letter, but no this was typed and really neat. LOL, it was addressed to 'Strump', god knows what my postie must think. I'll get on and reply today. (pls keep nudged for Caz to see), Donna xx

Hi Mary It was a nice letter and also thanked all of us on GR for supporting Caz. The photo he sent was of him, another member of his company and an Iraqie soldier. Ive done a reply now and it will get in the post tomorrow morning. Also pretty damp here in Sussex Mary x

Well I dont do that much - although Catherine and loads of you sorted out the trip for Caz and the children. But at least he appreciates it . and Caz is a nice person - so is Graeme. Mary in Spain xx

I'm so glad you got it Strump, I'm slowly going through the board been at work all day, The letters mean the world, its really got to me today, funeral of local lad who died in Basra, all over local papers. its a big sheet of paper about A4 size with flaps at sides , folded in three you write on inside and outside of end flap, then fold bottom into middle top over middle fold in the flaps and lick um they stick, write name on front and stamp, sometimes they are free

He sure is a smashing guy and i was delighted to get his letter (a bluey is a free paid letter for the troops). Now....had he had a firemens uniform on.....i may have had a hot flush lol
