Hi folks, Hays put me down for a massage please, I am cream crackered. Mo that knee of yours is giving you gyp again? I have osteo arthritis in both knees and consultant told me to take glucosamine tabs (1500 mg daily) and ginger tablets. Didn't know there was a spray - will have to try it. If you still don't have something warm to put on your knee, try wrapping a thick sock or scarf round the outside of an electric kettle after it has boiled so it gets nice and warm then wrapping item round your knee and let the warmth ease it a bit. |
