I am with you Denise - I lost my best friend suddenly on 1 Feb. She died in Spain where she and her husband were wintering. This board helped me a lot. Yes I am still having the occasional cry and frequently I say 'Linda I need you'. All we are doing is supporting her husband, I see he has plenty of homemade cakes etc. I miss our 'girly gossips' as you will too but the happy memories will be there as well for always. We are fortunate Denise in that we both had for a time 'a best friend who was loved'. Some people never have that. God Bless. Ann |

My Dear Friends, Thank you for your very kind support. Suprising as it may seem, your kind thoughts have made me smile and this is what I need to do today of all days. I am the source of happy memories. I never realized it till yesterday when I went to see my friends mother,who is now 90yrs;old, first the tears and then the next few hours full of happy memories. No Mother should bury her child, its bad enough for the children although fully grown with their own children. Your thoughts have given me strength to do what I MUST do today, smile when needed, hugs and support when needed, and I know THAT is what my friend knew I would do. Once again, thank you.
