I have just been talking to a 'friend' (who wishes to remain anonymous because she feels daft lol) about getting replies to correspondence with GR. She has not received replies to her enquiries at all and I have had very good service - most replies within a day of me sending mail. Then I asked if the realised that she had to confirm that the mail should be sent - I got a blank stare! Did everyone else realise that after you have typed your enquiry or complaint and have pressed 'send' - you also have to scroll down to where your message has been duplicated along with the information as to whom it should be sent - Then you have to press another button for it to actually 'go'?? I see a lot of members saying that they haven't received replies and complaining about the service - perhaps this is why? |
