ooooh how annoying!! I've just heard a good one! I've just had a carpet fitted and the fitter was telling me that he had bought a carpet and stored it at the showroom until his ordered furniture arrived (expected in a few weeks) the show room then asked if they could use his carpet as a customer had requested it and it was temporarily out of stock....he said yes ok, furniture not due for a couple of weeks.......guess what arrived this morning...... |

know what you mean i waited in all day yesterday cos someone on here said GR were sending a man round to 'unplug' me but did he turn up???? NO!!!!! Bev |

Have been in all morning waiting for a furniture delivery from Laura Ashley. Just had a phone call from the man on the lorry - 'Oooh good', I say 'are you outside?' 'Yes' he replied, 'but your goods aren't on the lorry, I'll have to get Customer Services to ring you to arrange another date!' Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! |
