Find Living Relatives

Hi all I am trying to find my aunt, her name is Carmen Madams born 1947, mother was Kathleen Madams father was George Madams , unfortunately the family got split up , from what I was told Carmen went to the convent to be cared for by the nuns , this was in Faversham in Kent all I can find myself and with help is her birth records then she is like a ghost, any help would be brilliant.

ONLY her birth online NO other record.

Nothing to suggest she was adopted - not legally, anyway

She had several older and younger siblings would they have any info

They had another daughter too born 1974 with mmn the other surname as the marriage

Thanks for all the replies yes I know of her other brothers and sisters as one of them is my father , her mother Kathleen Madams nee Mondaye did remarry to Reginald King who I knew as my grand father , when my grand mother separated from George Madams the family was split to various different people , my father is Anthony and the only sibling I have met from that time was Betty Madams the rest I’ve never met , so thank you for all the info will keep on searching

Surprised that the birth year is listed as 1943 for Philip. Would have expected 1947:

Yes I see that , but carman’s birth year is wrong for that recorded death

Information about age on a death cert is only as good as the informant's knowledge or belief - not necessarily accurate.

As that Carmen married as Mandaye, which is an unusual name, it seems very likely that she is the correct person.

The GRO has the correct birth year for Philip:
