Mary Doris's birth was registered in the Sep quarter of 1901 - unlikely then that she would be on the 1901 census. Again perhaps she was just a niece of Freds who happened to be visiting on census night 1911 - again this information will be available to you when you purchase the census record.

Out of curiosity would you please come back to this post and let me know?
