what things do you think they should change about the site, to improve it.?

Well..........I quite like the site as it is . They could do away with " hot matches " as I have never found them to be of much use .

I would like it if we could see pictures of each other on here . I often wonder what folk look like .

No doubt any changes will be greeted by the usually aggrieved tub thumping...........lol.........most of us don't like to much change .

I hope the yearly fees don't go through the roof.

nah I am not a fan of mods seen them on other sites, first sign that things arent going their way and wam, or you get the unfair ones ...nope we dont need them we are all grown up adults apart from 1 or 2 so no need for mods..

Also the facility of typing in a membership number and seeing all the board names relating to that number .

Dunno...... I like it mostly how it is.... don't like all this *watering yer plant/twig/tree/ nonsense... and once hot matches have been deleted for them to stay deleted unless there really is a new addition.... all those Joneses to be keeping up with, lol!

Fair and just methods of sending folk on holiday/deleting threads and posts etc..........

More info sent when you have been sent on holiday, or had a post/thread removed... like, which bit of the T & C's has been crossed..... so I suppose I mean more accountability.

Yes they should tell you what you have done wrong to break T & C , I was going to suggest the removel of the RR button but it has to be on hand when really need and not as toy as its used at the moment for when people are not getting enough attention..

I'll pass your comments on to that branch of the family at our next Clan board meeting in the Air Raid Shelter.

Would be a scream if I was actually closely related to them and not just by the clan name.

Perhaps I could get a life membership free. Most probably a life ban!

Well, if they should get rid of the Hot Matches, then I am not sure I would stay on here.
Yes, I have had hundreds of useless ones, and repeats, but in amongst them I have found at least seven people definitely related to me, four of whom have become very good friends.
I think I would like a change from the Edwardian dark green and purple now - and perhaps the new owners could speed things up too?
And if it is FindMyPast who have bought Genes - what are they going to call it?
