As I was on my own I thought I would have a snack instead of preparing a meal. I decided on battered calamari manufactured by the UK's biggest seafood processor. |

OMG Sue, you know what to avoid now don't you. The chances are that seafood prepared in a factory will be prepared close to or even the same line as other seafood has been prepared. Maybe your calamari was prep'd after a run of prawns or scampi. |

The stupid thing is I usually prepare all fresh seafood myself. This was pure laziness on my part, which I really regret!!! |

I hope you are feeling OK now.I remember when my sister and me were on her daughters Hen Night. It started off with a meal.Very nice it was too,but within minutes of my sister finishing hers she suddenly started to feel very ill.She guessed that her food had been cooked with something that had crab in.(maybe a pan ).We grabbed a taxi and got back to her house just in time before, both ends let go !!!!It was quite scary for me to see the speed in which it happened. |
