Which is it with you, if either , or is it just 'winter' doing both?

I think the nights drawing in are making me want to hibernate and it's getting harder to get up in the mornings..........lol

Can't say I feel " depressed " ( I go in more vague melancholy ) .

I'm never sure which comes first: the depression or the tiredness. But, I blame it all on the shorter days. Thank God we don't live in Finland.

I think everyone's tired this week. Or sniffly and infected. Or both. Hope you soon see something that pushes your pecker back up:)

I am sorry to sound so happy on this thread but I have been tired for the last week but it feels like forever, and I can really empathise with how you feel. Everything has been a struggle and juggling work with hossie for a very sick relie, but after a heart op they came home last night and today I was awake at 6.30 and raring to go - I still am its like a huge cloud has lifted and spring is in the air :)

Whatever is dragging you down will pass and the feeling of energy will knock you for six :)

lol Uggers , that expression did at least make for a grin, albeit a rather rueful one :)

I think I may be sliding into pre- Christmas doldrums , which others get but isn't like me at all. I usually love all the glitzy stuff in the shops, and the carols, even Slade's 'Merry Christmas Everybody' played umpteen times in every shop.
But this year I can't get the 'spark', it's like someone blew out all the candles.................

and on that note I am going to go and pull myself together and make coffee before I depress everyone!

I always get a bit funny in Autumn. And it's worse this year cos I'm peed off with things not going in the way I think they should:)

I do as soon as the dark mornings start saying that I was awake 5.30 this morning coz my poorly knees....sat at me desk for 7.30am which is normally a bad sign but I dont feel stressed which is a good sign..

I'm excited as I hope to meet distant cuz RR soon for the first time. :-)

Uggers , what ever I type I annoy myself ! I hate it when I whinge, especially as I am not so up myself that I can forget all the people who are in real trouble...not just whining like me because I can't have what I want lol

It's all proportion Rose, isn't it - our bad days are bad to us even if they're good or terrible to someone else. I see some people whingeing on here and think ffs pull yourself together but that's usually only when I don't like them. Go and put a picture of yourself on FB, that will brighten up my evening:)

Uggers I did look for a photo that i could bring myself to put on FB but I hate them all , except one or two taken about 15 years ago lol

Hayley I hope your knees ease up a bit, in A*da foyer tonight they had a life size dancing santa, Dan said "can you hear its 'spine' click? it sounds like your knees mum" lol
