	I attempted to use up some of my eggs yesterday by making mayonnaise. I followed a recipe that i found online and it came out absolutely revolting !!!! Has anyone got an idiot proof recipe for me please so I can try again? Thank you it was a bit of a cooking disaster day all round because I tried merangues (sp) with the egg whites and they were also rubbish lol xx

	Yuk yuk - I went on a cookery course a few years ago, and everyone made mayonnaise. They all tasted horrible - even the teaching staff said they never made the stuff!!

	It is supposed to be very difficult to make without it curdling, but I have never tried it.

	Muffy, why don't you make a Fritatas instead with the eggs. Mayonnaise is meant to be hard to make.

	Sorry Muffy lol, we've had it for years so I presumed people knew about it. Helps if I spell it correctly too lol http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frittata I don't have meat in mine though :)
