Thankyou Lynda...lol I haven't been 'looked after' for years :)

A friend had hypnosis to try and give up smoking, it worked well for a few months, but working in an environment where lots smoked she found it hard to stay off them .

Tell me about it!....my Oh is a pain in the proverbial.


I have given up for 8 months now. It was the amount of money I spent which made me give up.......To be honest......If it wasn't that in my mind....I would smoke again tomorrow.

I think one has to have something to take it's place......eating is not the answer.
