We have just had a patient at work prescribed Quinnine Sulphate for night cramps and it seems to be working well. If they are persistant it is worth taking it over with your doctor.

When I went to Tenerife, they had these HUGE dreamcatchers for like 20 Euros. I came back here, and went to Hocus Pocus (A shop in lynn where they sell that kind of thing) and they werelike £70 for the same size! Pfffft! Wish I brought one now!

My son used to suffer bad cramps when he was in his early teens, it was said at that time he had a salt deficiency, seemed to ease off when he added that little bit of extra salt to things to. Colin :):)

Hi Paul :) Could be what you are lacking also to though if you do not have enough in the system. Im no expert in any of that stuff but it certainly seemed to work with Matt the son. Mind you im not a lover of salt myself, I tend to have it as onion salt :) Colin :):)
