She pops in from time to time Betty, but spends most of her time on the other site.

Hi I don't likke the other site either. There are not interested in the newer people researching their tree as the only way you can get on now is by invitation, so how are new people going to get on there. It is a click membership only.

We are very friendly !and the research is good as well, I've had a lot of help on the technology side, just ask...Lemon is now a computer nerd...!We all help each other out..no nastiness, no fighting..got moderators but they are joining in the fun side as well....at least we know who they are....

Hi Betty and everyone, thanks Betty for thinking of me. I do tend to spend my time else where, I lost heart a bit here, but do pop in now and then to watch out for old friends who I will never ever forget. I often wonder how people like you Betty, Nanna Moo and many more are. You can always PM me and I will get back to anyone who does, maybe not straight away but I will answer. Please Roger do not assume the other site is a clique it is not, and we are never allowed to bad mouth either GR or its memberes, which is more respect to both ,than at times has been shown here to the new site . It was set up because of problems above and beyond our control. All you need to join is a member to invite you. They want no trouble there and it appears to work very well. If you have not managed to join Roger love you can not judge what you know nothing about. Irish Girl as I said you have to be invited but it is well worth it, a friendly bunch where each person who joins is welcomed on their own thread, and I for one try to talk to everyone as I tried here. Betty try to persevere, I struggled at first, it took me time to get used to it, and I will always take time to help you or anyone who feels lost. I so loved this board, and will always have respect for many who use it. I don't consider the new site as 'another side' we are never allowed to have a side. As I say I will pop in now and then, but I would also like to say good luck to you all, and have fun, care for each others feelings and you will be fine. PS. In no way is the new site in competition with GR, room for both, and many are members of both. Once again I can only praise Estelle for how she has dealt with the problem which caused so many to wander.
