i made appointment over phone with someone today who i know is an ex squaddie, for next week(its ok its buisness) he said 3pm next monday i said yeh that great, he then said as hes obviously writting, so thats 1500 hours next week, i know that one cos its after 14 and i know thats 2 oclock sorry i do sound like im going potty dont i thats twice in a thread now |

i think thats true of the army too keith, i got vague recollection of OH tellin me sumut like that, but as it were 24 hr i let it go wizzing over my little girly head lol its interesting though , why is that that it wasnt 0000 |

No I don't have a problem with it having my OH in the RN and then working for the Admiralty then MOD (RAF) I have sort of absorbed it and tend to use it myself. ann Glos |

thats good if youve done that im just rubbish i think its the numbers thing, makes me panic therefore i cant make head nor tail of it, they seem like too many numbers when you just need one, like 2 oclock - 1400 hours |

I don't have that problem Julie, but I sometimes read it back to front......like 9.l5 instead of quarter to three etc... just before my Dad had his stroke, he actually read the clock, which said five past eleven at night, as twenty-five past seven....so he was reading it upside down...... |
