AnninGlos Report 18 Oct 2006 14:45

The trouble is it is probably like here when it rains like that. It doesn't do any good just bounces off the earth and causes flooding. Still i bet it smells fresh. However, I also betany holiday makers are not impressed. Ann Glos

True Ann,Its all running down the road , but you should smell the Jasmin is beautiful:-)I always feel sorry for the holiday makers when its like this, it happens so rarely though.

We've had another dozen or so spots but the sky is back to blue although a few grey in distance. Which means it might skirt us again

Roxanne

Roxanne Report 18 Oct 2006 14:57

UzziAndHerDogs Report 18 Oct 2006 15:00

Must admit Roxanne when we get thunder both my dogs hide thats if I'm not there 1st lol nor do we have drainage so our road is like a river and a muddy one at that

MaryinSpain

MaryinSpain Report 18 Oct 2006 15:02

I do not like the thunderstorms either. We have mountains round here and the thunder seems to go one way and then come back and give us another go. Dog ends up jumping on my lap quivering like mad. Mary in Spain

If I hear a rumble of thunder I go and make sure all the candles are at the ready plus matches - cos leccy is sure to go off. The joys of living in Spain hahaha Mary in Spain But I cook with calor - very old cooker - but does not need leccy!!

UzziAndHerDogs

UzziAndHerDogs Report 18 Oct 2006 15:36

I have both, cook on leccy out in the awning (its free), gas in the van plus we have a battery system for the lighting aswell as a inboard genny if needed.
