I also found out last week that if you have a child who is disabled and still at school at the age of 16 then they are entitled to claim incapacity benefit asthey can't work. Many mums in my daughters school who have children over 16 did not find out about this till they were nearly 18 as its not advertised any where and they don't dish out this sort of information to us carers.
