Good morning. Any one for a cuppa? Colder and cloudy up here in the North East today. What you all up to today? I am fitting a bathroom carpet. Then hoping to clean all the windows in our little conservatory. Have to wait in for a man to come and repair Dishwasher, at long last. Jenny.

Good morning Jenny I'll join you for a cuppa, please. It's a bit grey here in the south east. I was going to take my grandson on an organised 'Fossil Foray' on a local beach later, but don't fancy that in the rain. Gwyn

Hi Jenny, Yes, he's brand new. He saw my names listed on the Suffolk surnames page. He's going to be chuffed to bits when I send him everything as one line goes back to the late 1400s. I'm sending a generation at a time otherwise he'll be swamped. Gwynne

Sorry had to go and do 8 Ham salad sandwiches for Hubby and Son to take to work with them. No not home-made muffins, Gwyn. Although I do make my own Hot Cross Buns occasionaly Jenny.

Homemade hot cross buns sound lovely Jenny. Every year I search for tasty ones at Easter time, but they never quite measure up to expectations.- Not spicey enough, or too bready usually. Perhaps I should make some. Do you have a good recipe please? Gwyn

Good morning Dave, Nicky and Em. Sorry, I was just taking carpet up in the bathroom. Hit a snag already. Thought it would only take me an hour to fit the 7ft X 7ft carpet in the bathroom. People before us have only started to lay ceramic tiles all round the toilet, about 20 of them, none anywhere else. The have got to come up. But they are stuck fast. Its going to take me hours trying to prise them up. Dave, Chicken Chat is lovely cold isnt it? Will sort the Hot Cross Bun recipe out for you also. Jenny.x
