I also agree 100% with you Dave. Looking at this from 12,000 miles away. For instance, some of us from others Countries eg: (Ozzies )will most likely never meet anyone on these threads, so building a good friendship with other folk and hoping to be accepted as ' one of the group' means a lot to some. Talking and learning about other Countries and cultures is my way of education, and if i happen to gain a friend along the way, its a bonus. I personally have spoken on and off the boards ( private Email ) to some wonderful people from all over the world, some that have never added a single thread to the general board, but read them everyday. I have built up a great friendship and trust without ever being face to face with these people. Some i will meet eventually/hopefully when i come to the U.K this year. To my way of thinking, we are all human beings, and what Country/Race/Religion you were born to, or wether you have been on the boards for 4 years or one day, proffesional Geno or newbie, makes no difference to me personally. The General Board to me, is a place to build friendship through a common interest, and i will continue to build up as many frienships on and off these boards as i can. Tony Oz :>)) Dave.
