How many people are there living in your house / flat? My friend once made a name up for their ginea pig from the family's initials. Thierry - T Isabel - I Patricia - P Olivier - O They called their guinea pig TIPO! We have a black cat and after much thought, trial and tribulation, we called her Blacky! Not very original I know - and our surname (Schwarz) means Black in English .... Anyway it's neutral, it can be used that for a she or a tom cat. Happy hunting! Let us know what you come up with in the end. Cheers!

Bagpuss. A lovely ginger cat blagged a free meal off us today and that's what we called him. Our own cat is a British Torty and she is Dusk, her sister was Dawn. My great Auntie had a cat called Georgie Best, when the real GB was at the height of his fame. Dianne
