Where they feel they are being made to face up to some real personal demons? endlessly.......

I can't complain too much in the general scheme of things life could be much worse......but it just seems that at every turn I'm being made to face things I am paranoid about.

Redundancy, loss of control, fear of losing my house, worry about finances..... and now the damn DENTIST lol (yes there are more but they're the ones I'm happy to share lol)

I feel like I'm really having to square my shoulders back and face things head on that in different times I would shy away from.....

It's getting a bit boring now though !!!! Somebody stop the roundabout I want to get off !!! LOLOLOL xx

Its coz you nearly 40..... once you do face them demons NOTHING will ever get you down again...you think awww well ...best get on....you coming to a crossroads in your life Muffy once you through to the otherside ..you will be so proud...

That makes a lot of sense Hayley.......I keep thinking.....ok that's sorted now things will settle down again ........ then BOOOOOOOM something else happens and I have to start all over again !!!

I guess it's as they say *these things are sent to try us* but I'm trying enough on my own without being tried by outside influences FGS LOL xx

I think you reach the stage where you finally realise you're an adult. The problems you face are all the normal problems we all face. Just remember that if you and your husband face them together and stay strong you can get through anything.

Seriously, your fears are just the same as anyone else's, perfectly normal, and there are times in life when it seems you have to face them all at once. But there will be other times when you can forget all about them and enjoy other things, so it all balances in the end.

my littun said the other day, i cant wait to be a dad mam "meaning an adult"

and i just thought ohhhhhhhh son, dont ever grow up, being an adult is soooooooooo hard at times

Muffy as long as you are together as a family rest can slide by and who needs to be rolling in money (would be nice but hey ho) just think what you can do with your cuck eggs and your auction veg to keep going

You're right Aunty Sue .... 10 yrs ago we went through MUCH worse problems than this....... but in a shorter space of time...this is like a series of gunshots going off each requiring an instant reaction over a longer period of time. We'll get through it cos we have to....I'm just a bit bored with it now .......xx

Just think though....once the worst demons are put to rest....you won't notice the hardship of dealing with them again.....they will become just an ordinary part of life.

Don't you think that it depends on what else is happening? When you're breezing along, all chipper and cheerful, you just deal with any "problems" and probably don't think about them too much.

If you're a bit down - something has dragged you down - then ANY problem becomes like a BIG problem so they all seem much harder to deal with.

Einstein's theory of relativity maybe? Or maybe it's like eyeball stew - you fish one off the top (and flip it under the table) and another one floats to the surface!

But it's all relative ... and therefore what your mum would have called "a phase". It WILL pass.

Dawnie........you're right....in a perverse way I'm relishing the challenge of making ends meet and quite enjoying it in a way !!!

TW it worked itself out before and i'm sure it will again......I just want it to stop NOW !!! (but i have a horrid feeling it's not over yet!!!)

I think at some point in life you get stuck between a rock and a hard place......it has happened to us all and no doubt will again ....such is life .

It does get boreing ( and frustrating ) if every time you pick yourself up again some other " thing " comes along to knock you down......but staying down just isn't an option is it .

it is hard to stay posative, but i think you have to for your own sanity lololol

I'm very lucky Aunty Sue in that I'm watched very carefully by those who know me and they step in and batter me round the head to take help before I even have to ask !!!

Dunno why I'm moaning really......I know I'm luckier than some.....just a bit stressed.

Slap me and tell me to get a grip.....as Amanda says......staying down just isn't an option......xx

But think of the positive aspect. You can come on here and rant and nobody minds, everybody listens and supports and you get it out of your system. I so wish I had had this when we were younger and hit all the bad phases.
