Yeah - I've met a couple of those ones Paul, lol. This one was lovely and is having ex hubby on 2 counts of breaking the malicious and obscene telecommunications act.

NZ police are lovely too! My 17 year old daughter fainted yesterday after having had some blood taken. She was in a main shopping street and woke up in a burger bar with two policemen looking odwn on her. AS neither my husband or I were close by, one took her home while the other drove her car home!

I guess it depends on which side of the law you are on. We have had dealings with them on both sides. The officers who have taken witness statements - One near fatal motorway smash that we were first on the scene for-the officer couldn't have been kinder. Two cases of actual bodily harm to family - kind, sympathetic and very helpful. Car breaks ins - dealt with with humour. Getting done for motoring offences- right swines! lol Both my daughter and son in law are police officers. I've seen my son in law after prolonged sessions at the local hospital after being there with the family of RTA victims. Ashen and exhausted physically and emotionally. Yet on the radio 'officer' mode clicks in again and I've been amazed at his professionalism. Ive seen my daughter break up a fight while off duty - Cool calm and frankly scary! I wouldn't want their job! Magsxx

I have had very limited experience of policemen, but although I wouldn't describe them as 'lovely', they have been polite and efficient, which is all I would expect. nell
