I do know that William Rodgers Died 1961 in Earby Lancashire England if that helps

Dea

Dea Report 18 Jul 2019 20:01

Now that confused me as I couldn't find William's death but then I realised that although Earby is now in Lancashire, at the time of his death it was actually classed as being in the West Riding of Yorkshire so this will be his death:

Deaths Dec 1961
RODGERS William J 61 Staincliffe 2d 379

Dea Report 19 Jul 2019 13:18

Well, isn't that just 'strange'....... - that is the site I was trying to find things on but didn't find any results !!! :-S

I do seem to have entered via a different home page than you though so I will go in via your one and have a little practice.

Many thanks,

Back later,

Dea -
I got no results at all for a Robert Rodgers marriage when I tried on that site a couple of days ago - but today several show up!
Maybe there was a temporary glitch.

Thanks AG - I am glad to know it wasn't just me then as I have now found the marriage in there too and I couldn't find anything at all the other day.

As you say, it must have been a fault with the site.
